Silver plated hoops with a Lapis Lazuli stone set at the bottom of the hoop. The wire is 1.2mm (16G) thick, so they can be worn in a standard ear piercing, but they also make a perfect hoop to wear through ear tunnels. They are about 3.5cm in diameter, and about 5cm from top to bottom.
