Ouroboros earrings in golden brass. The ouroboros is an ancient symbol depicting a serpent eating its own tail. It comes from ancient Egyptian and Greek traditions and most notably from ancient alchemy. The ouroboros is often interpreted as a symbol for eternal cyclic renewal or a cycle of life, death and rebirth. The earrings are about 4cm across. They will fit a standard ear piercing as they are at 1mm gauge but may require a little push to get in if you have been wearing undersized earrings for a while.
