A very small 1.2mm (16G) septum clicker ring with a filigree design in gold pvd plated surgical steel 316L. The bar is just 6mm long. This will fit snugly around most septum piercings.

The entire piece is only 12mm wide and 10mm from top to bottom in total with an internal diameter of just 7mm.
