Minimum hole: 2mm Spider ear hangers. A pair of hand cast clicker ear hangers / weights made from golden brass. They are about 5cm long.  Perfect for wearing through ear tunnels. They will fit in stretches of 2mm and above. They click open and shut.

You can of course wear these in larger stretches.
