A 1.2mm (16G) surgical steel 316L labret (flat back) with an Onyx stone surrounded by tribal dots. This labret is internally threaded. Available in 6mm or 8mm lengths. Base is 4mm diameter, top design is 5mm diameter. Don't wear items like this in the bath or swimming as water can get behind the stone and cause the fixing to fail.

Suitable for a variety of piercings including labret, tragus, conch and helix.
